1. Our Services
BMEZ Solutions offers website design & development (WordPress), SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads management, guest posting, link building, domain investment strategy, and website flipping. All services are subject to a separate agreement or proposal that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and original code created by BMEZ Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third-party licenses) transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information required for project execution and to cooperate in a timely manner. Delays caused by client failure to provide assets or feedback may affect project timelines and are not our responsibility.
4. Payments & Refunds
Fees are outlined in project proposals or invoices. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion or as per milestone schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed services are not provided, but we guarantee to rectify any defects in deliverables consistent with the project scope.
5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may involve third-party tools (e.g., WordPress plugins, hosting, Google Ads). We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, nor do we assume liability for their performance. Clients are responsible for any recurring subscription fees associated with third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMEZ Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat any non-public business or technical information as confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy within 14 days. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
